If you need a password reset, please follow these steps:
- Open your browser and go to: https://hcgproducts.milliman.com
- Click on “Forgot Password”
- A new tab will open, directing you to the Web Transfer Client Reset Password screen
- Enter your username and email associated with your account
- You will receive an email from Milliman Secure FTP (secureftpadmin@milliman.com) with a link to reset your password.
**This link will expire 30 minutes after it is sent.
For security purposes, accounts are automatically locked after 180 days of inactivity or following five unsuccessful login attempts. To avoid any disruption to access, please log into your account periodically.
If your account becomes locked or disabled, or you do not receive the password reset link, please contact hcg_client_support@milliman.com or submit a ticket via our Milliman Health Support Portal to have your account reactivated.
